In 1997 my husband and I (Neil and Judi Pittman) decided to start a lawn care service to serve all of the Huntsville / Madison County area. As small business owners, we feel we can provide the personal service that national companies cannot. Why such emphasis on being customer centered? We –like you — hate dealing with service companies where you cannot reach a live person to discuss your questions. Or getting a receptionist that can listen to your concerns –but can’t solve them. Well, we are different. Here’s how:


Difference #1

Our web site is different. Most other web sites are devoted solely to selling. You will notice that the tabs on our web site are mostly for services to our current lawn care customers. Check them out! Our customers can pay for services, request special services or an inspection, suggest improvements we can provide or submit a satisfaction survey directly from the website. These forms go directly into my personal email file. They can also read articles I wrote on watering, weeds, grubs, etc. and also read an FAQ file to learn more about us and the services they can expect.

Difference #2

It’s also different when you phone us. We believe in providing personalized lawn care service so that you can easily reach a live person –usually an owner! If we are on another line, or away from the office, there is always access to our voice mail system. Many of our customer email us personally and we have found that is an incredible way to have fast access to our customers’ questions or concerns. If necessary, you can also have direct contact with your personal technician. Over the years, Neil and I and the technicians have developed many long term, personal relationships with our customers.

Big Difference

One of the biggest differences in our service is the response you get when you need additional service –such as a weed re-spray. We’ll be on your yard within 2 business days, weather permitting, and we back that up. If we’re not there within 2 days, your next application is FREE!!
